Manchester Times Editor John Coffelt drops off Santa letters Monday, Dec. 18 from local third grade students to Manchester Post Master Barry Farris. Many of those letters will be in the Christmas Coloring book in this week’s paper. All of the submissions have been scanned and will be posted at Manchestertimes.com.
