Coffee and Westwood split games

Coffee County Middle School and Westwood Middle School split Monday nights matchup as the Lady Raiders win over the Lady Rockets, and the Rockets get the win over the Red Raiders.
The girls game was a close one to start, as the Lady Raiders led 10-5 after the first quarter, by the Lady Rockets came back in the second quarter to trail Coffee 17-16 at halftime.
Coffee County would open it up in the third as they outscored the Westwood 16-3, and lead 33-19 into the fourth.
The Lady Raiders held on to win 41-28
The top scorer for the Lady Raiders was Adalyn Clark with 16 points, and the top scorer for the Lady Rockets was Jerzee Ferrell with 12 points.
Afterwards, the boys game would be dominated by Westwood.
The Rockets lead by only a point after the first quarter, 6-5, but quickly turned on the engines in the second, and led the Red Raiders 17-7 at the half.
Westwood would go on to lead 29-10 after the third before winning the game 38-12.
The top scorer for the Red Raiders was Jaxon Pruitt with six points, and the top scorer for the Rockets was Mason Troxler who scored 20 points.
