Jinks Hartsfield IV 36, of Tullahoma passed Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023 . Visitation will be at 1 p.m. , Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023 at Elk River Tabernacle with Funeral Services at 2 p.m. at Elk River. Interment will be at Thorogood Cemetery.
