Family and friends of Manchester Mayor Lonnie Norman took part in a ceremony held by the Coffee County Democratic Party on Saturday, October 14th, to dedicate a tree and park bench which the party donated in Mayor Norman’s honor. The ceremony took place at the Emerson Street location of Fred Deadman Park, across the street from where Mayor Norman was born and raised.
