Mrs. Lou Gregory Hale, age 77, of Manchester, passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023, at NHC in Tullahoma. Mrs. Hale was born March 4, 1946, in Manchester, to the late Mr. Robert Gregory and Mrs. Blanche Gregory (Crosslin). In her spare time Lou enjoyed fishing, reading, needle work, spending time with her family, and more recently she enjoyed singing. Mrs. Hale is survived by her loving husband, Steve Hale; sons, Gregory Scott Hale and Oden Daxx Hale; sisters, Patsy Clouse and Judy Thomasson; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Saint Jude Childrens Research Hospital, Caris Hospice, or Wounded Warriors Project. Visitation for Mrs. Hale was  held on Saturday, Sept. 23, from 3 p.m. till 5 p.m. A memorial service took place at 5 p.m. following the visitation.
