UPDATE: female located

 

The Manchester Police Department has asked for help fining a missing  female juvenile, last seen leaving the Manchester Recreation Center at approximately 10:05 a.m., Feb 17.

Additionally, she was seen around the same time running up the bridge on Woodland St. away from the Rec Center.

 

The juvenile was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and teal colored leggings. She has blonde hair and wears it in a low ponytail.

The juvenile is Elisia Matherne.

Height: 5’3”

Weight: 140

Eyes: Hazel

DOB: 8/17/2011
