Coffee County Central High School football’s schedule for the upcoming season has officially been unveiled.
The Red Raiders released their 2026 varsity slate earlier this week, as well as their junior varsity schedule shortly after.
Coffee County’s varsity schedule includes six home games this year, starting with the season opener against Franklin County on Aug. 21. The annual Coffee Pot game against cross-county rival Tullahoma will follow on the road on Aug. 28, with road matchups against Wilson Central and Franklin slated for the following two weeks.
Beginning with their home game against Independence on Sept. 18, the Red Raiders will close out the season with five of their six remaining games being contested at Carden-Jarrell Field. After hosting Smyrna on Sept. 25, Coffee County’s last road game will be held at Brentwood on Oct 2.
Following their Oct. 9 bye week, the Red Raiders will close out the regular season at home against Summit, Ravenwood and Shelbyville on Oct. 16, Oct. 23 and Oct. 30, respectively.
Coffee County will be looking to bounce back from a 2-8 season in 2025 and a 1-5 record in Class 6A Region 6 play. The Red Raiders’ two wins last season came in their season opener against Franklin County in Winchester on Aug. 22 and in their first region game at home against Franklin on Sept. 12. All kickoff times for the 2026 season are set for 7 p.m.
