Shirley Ann Kim, of Hillsboro, born on March 24, 1942 to Wilson and Lizzie Mae Gilliam, passed away on March 5. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Willadean Bain and great-niece Macey Sullivan. She is survived by her daughter Tresa (Tony) Cooper; siblings Norma Courtney and Linda Hochhalter; grandchildren Traci (Caleb) Smith and TJ (Ashleigh) Cooper; greatgrandchildren Luke Smith, Lizzi Smith, Walker Cooper, and Annie Cooper; nieces Sharon Bain and Vickey Sullivan; and nephew Ronnie (Kristy) Hochhalter. Shirley worked as a bookkeeper for most of her career. She had a deep love for travel and enjoyed spending time with loved ones. Visitation was held at Manchester Funeral Home on Monday, March 9, from noon until 1 p.m. with Funeral Services beginning at 1 p.m. Burial followed at Hillsboro Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Hillsboro. Manchester Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
