With a heart full of gratitude and a steadfast commitment to serving our community with integrity and professionalism, I am proud to announce my candidacy for reelection as your Circuit Court Clerk. Over the past five years, it has been an honor to serve Coffee County with unwavering dedication, striving to improve judicial services for our citizens and judiciary.

During my tenure, I have implemented numerous initiatives to enhance our office’s efficiency, transparency, and public service, while raising awareness for those most vulnerable:

Zero Financial Audit Findings: Ensured every penny collected and dispersed is accounted for. Increased Collections: 13.69% total increase in money receipted over the past four years, with 20242025 seeing a record intake of $6,212,560.37.

Increased Revenues: 4.5% increase over the last four years, contributing a record $2,034,419.41 to the County Trustee in 2024-2025.

Budget Management: Reduced the 2027 office budget by $31,345 and successfully managed a $1M+ annual budget without exceeding limits.

Education Programs: Encouraged employees to enroll in the University of Tennessee Technical Assistance program, with nine certified Public Administrators in our office.

Internship Program: Implemented a college internship program with two interns pursuing Criminal Justice and Law degrees.

Proven Transparency & Efficiency: Launched an online document access system, making Coffee County one of the few in TN to offer such transparency.

E-Filing Implementation: Introduced e-filing systems in our Civil, Juvenile, and Child Support courts, positioning us as a state leader in technology adoption.

Streamlined Processes: Improved court docket processes, alleviating parking lot capacity issues.

Enhanced Security: Established interoffice policies to protect records and employee safety.

Community Engagement: Supported local non-profits and provided educational resources to the community.

Innovative Solutions: Launched initiatives such as the first Driver’s License Reinstatement Fair in Middle TN and Jury Fraud Awareness Presentations.

This role requires steady leadership, extensive knowledge of the entire judicial system, and a commitment to excellence.

Since joining the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in 2016, I have advocated for fair pay and improvements without increasing taxes.

I am dedicated to this beautiful place I call home. Navigating growth, building on our successes, while making Coffee County a place where service and fairness thrives. I am a lifelong resident of Coffee County, a dedicated Christian conservative, a wife of 27 years, and a proud mother of two.
