CHS tennis takes on Warren, Community

Coffee County closed out the regular season with a home loss to Warren County Thursday afternoon. The Lady Raiders had one doubles win for the team of Carrington Saner and Illy Allen on the way to a 6-1 loss. The Red Raiders were unable to secure a match win on the way to falling 7-0.

CHS splits with Community

Coffee County opened its week with a home match against Community last Monday afternoon.

The Red Raiders picked up a 4-3 victory, while the Lady Raiders fell 5-2.

Boys’ singles wins for Coffee County included Aidan Hayes, who defeated Jaxson Stacy 8-4. Christian Galindo won his match over Zach Leathers by a score of 8-5. Colin Bryant defeated Kingston Kibble 8-6.

In boys’ doubles, the team of Bryant and Ethan Hayes won 8-5 over the team of Stacy and Jackson Hoover.

On the girls’ side, Isabelle Saner won her singles match 8-2 over Kathryn Seso. Jayna Anderson added an 8-4 singles victory over Isabell LeBlanc.
