Hyon Su Biankowski, 83, died peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Aug. 13, 2023. Su worked at Eden Industries and PCA for 20+ years. She was passionate about cooking (feeding others), sewing and attending ball games. On many occasions she would make her daughter’s twirling competition uniforms and pageant dresses. She was a staple at Fred Deadman’s City Park, cooking in the concession stands, watching her boys play ball. She enjoyed her random act of kindness of handing out candy to children. She loved watching her children/grandchildren in their respective sports. Su was completely devoted to her family. She lived in Manchester from 1975 to 2013. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Michael, and their three children: Michael, Jr. and his wife Beatriz, of Fort Bragg, NC; Melvin and his wife, Cindy, of Smyrna, Tenn., and Denise and her husband, Frederick, of Stillwater, ME. Additionally, she is survived by her beloved grandchildren: Carter, Alexia, Danielle and Noah. The family would like to thank all those that visited her in Smyrna prior to her passing and to the staff at Adoration Hospice Care. Su requested to not have any services. Those who wish to remember her in a special way may make gifts in her memory to the charity of their choice.
