Coffee Middle gets wins over West Tullahoma

The Middle School Lady Raiders and Red Raiders both picked up wins on Thursday night at West Tullahoma.
The Lady Raiders improved to 4-0 as they beat the Lady Bobcats 47-31.
“We had a good defensive effort,” said coach David Vinson. “We also beat a good team at a difficult place to play.”
Scoring for the Lady Raiders were Jenslee Nogodula with 17 points, Hayleigh Harris with 11, Addalyn Clark with eight, Avery Pruitt with five and Kinsley Pruitt and Harper Crosslin each had 3.
On the boys side, the Red Raiders also picked up another win.
The first quarter didn’t start so well, and Coffee fell behind 14-4.
The Red Raiders outscored the Bobcats 7-5 in the second, but still trailed 19-11 at the half.
Coffee came roaring back in the third quarter, outscoring West 15-2 to take a 26-21 lead.
The Red Raiders would ice the game in the fourth, and take a 36-27 win.
Scoring for the Red Raiders were Landyn Stiefel with 18 points, Rylan Abellana with 10, Jaxon Pruitt with four, and Jerrad Morgan with two.
The next games for Coffee County Middle School will be on Monday Nov. 6 at Warren County,
