Mrs. Joyce Marie Frazier, age 77 of Manchester, was born on July 12, 1946, to the late Mannie and Alberta Arnold Lowe, in Manchester. She was employed at Carrier, Inc. until her retirement, and she was a member of the Gnat Hill Church of Christ. Mrs. Joyce enjoyed reading, traveling, and camping with her family. She was known as a sweet and kind person; always putting other’s needs before her own. “She was a great mother and a wonderful sister.” In addition to her parents, Mrs. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Connell Frazier; brother, Clebern Lowe and his wife, Lois; sisters, Helena Brandon, and Wanda Noblett. She is survived by her son, Kendall Frazier; grandchildren, Cheyenne Marie Cheney (Kevin), Matthew Gualt (Chara), and Ashley Gualt; great grandchildren, Noah-Maye, Graydon, and Finnley Cheney, Alyssa Watkins, and Wesly and Lily Gualt; several extended family members and a host of friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce were conducted on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, at noon, in the Manchester Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Ralph Hart officiating. Burial followed in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family was held on Friday, Dec. 22, from 5 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
