My sister was killed 02/21/2023 at a home on harvest dr in Manchester. Responding officer first on scene did not start cpr or administer narcan like he had told my family! My sister was shot up with meth by Harlie Jennings! And yet coffee county as closed the case this is way people get by with crap cause we have a shitty ass police force
