Local realtor Steve Jernigan recently announced the opening of Steve Jernigan Realty as of June 7 at the location of 2010 McArthur St Manchester, across from Ascend Federal Credit Union.

After over 21 years of serving the community with Coffee County Realty Steve decided the time was right to take the plunge and open his own office.

Perry is a professional realtor with voiced desire to help others and will continue to be an asset to this community for years to come.
