The CCCHS golf team opened the high school sports season with a pair of fourth place finishes at the Lawrence County Golf Invitational on Monday, July 29.

The Red Raider boys were led by Jack Stowe, who shot a 73 on the par 71 golf course. Noah Costello also shot in the 70s with a score of 78, Landon Collins shot an 83, and Jaxon Phillips had an 85.

In individual scoring, Levi Rossman scored an 82 and Keller Hatfield shot a 90.

On the girls side, Kate Sullivan had a 93 and Karsyn Riddle scored a 126.

Each team placed fourth among the 11 schools participating in the event. 

Coffee County Golf will return to action at the Cookeville Invitational on Monday, Aug. 5 at Golden Eagle Golf Club.
