Goodwin named First Vision Bank Community President

First Vision Bank recently made changes within their leadership and management team across several of their mid-state offices.

Continuing their mission of providing local banking services to Middle Tennessee, the bank has promoted and filled multiple roles within the organization with new and existing talent.

Regarding the new changes, First Vision Bank President and CEO Mike Rowland said, “We have a great team in place and are proud of what these individuals bring to the table. Their experience and insight will help move First Vision Bank forward for years to come.”

Brad Goodwin has been promoted to Community President at First Vision Bank in Manchester.

Brad is the former President of the Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce, long time member of Rutledge Falls Baptist Church, and currently District Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America.

He is married to his wife Jennifer Goodwin and they have two children – Brady and Brody

When asked what Brad loves about First Vision, he said, “The employees at First Vision Bank work well together, and are dedicated to serve their customers with fast and efficient customer service.”

Community President Jon Bell has transitioned his role to the Decherd office. Bell has been a part of the First Vision Bank team for 16 years and also worked with Regions Bank in Franklin County for three years prior to joining the bank.

Bell graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and also graduated from LSU School of Banking in 2016, Southeastern School of Banking in 2007 and Southeastern School of Commercial Lending in 2008.

Bell is married to Jennifer Counts Bell, a Winchester native, and has two children – Kamryn and Carter.

Denise Ledford has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer within the bank. Denise brings with her nearly 20 years of banking experience as she began her career with First Vision Bank in 2005.

Ledford lives in Tullahoma and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and also completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in 2016.

She has served on several banking industry committees over the years and is a member of Tullahoma Downtown Lions Club and is also a member of Christ the King Anglican Church in Decherd.

Ledford and her husband Gary have two children, Travis Ledford and Emma Roehmer, along with three grandchildren, Addie, Brooks, Charlie.

Stepping into Ledford’s role of Chief Financial Officer is Seth McGill.

With nearly two decades of banking and accounting industry experience in Middle Tennessee, McGill has an extensive background in bank financial management including strategic planning, risk management, and asset-liability management.

Recently, McGill served as EVP, Chief Financial Officer at Fourth Capital Bank in Nashville.

Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Franklin Synergy Bank and an audit manager with the accounting firm of Maggart & Associates. A native Tennessean, Seth is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and currently resides in Murfreesboro with his wife and son.
