7-Brew coming to Manchester
The Manchester Planning Commission approved the site plan during the Oct. 21 meeting for a 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee location on the corner of Kimberly Lane and Hillsboro Highway.
Bob Gage, Sr., Level Real Estate Development and Construction Leader for the company presented the plans to the city.
Gage said the location will be a two lane drive through only restaurant. He said the site will serve approximately 60 customers per hour and will employee five crew members per shift.
The restaurant, 510 square feet, is a modular construction manufactured in Kansas and shipped to the site.
“Once we get all the infrastructure in place, four days and we’re ready to roll,” Gage said.
As part of the site approval, the city asked 7-Brew to perform a traffic study due to complaints of traffic at that intersection.
City Codes Director Brittany Fiske said that due to a Tennessee Department of Transportation right of way cutting onto a portion of the property, the city also required a sidewalk be built along Kimberly Lane.
The site plan was unanimously approved by the board.
