Mrs. Ella Marie Poff, age 88, of Manchester, passed from this life Monday, Oct. 21, 2024, at her residence. Mrs. Poff was born in Manchester, to her late parents, Edgar Harmon and Mary Robison Harmon. She worked as a seamstress for Ford Motor Company. Mrs. Poff was a member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, camping and loved to cook. Mrs. Poff enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and was a great mother and great grandmother to her family. She also enjoyed her dog and companion, Max. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Muriel Poff; daughter, Lisa Lynn Poff; sons, Neal Poff and Sam Poff; brothers, Carl Harmon and Tommy Harmon; sister, Ruth Thomas; grandson, Michael Poff. Mrs. Poff is survived by son, Jerry Harmon; daughter, Marilyn (David) Bryan; brother, Johnny Harmon; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation was held Thursday, Oct. 24, from 4-8 p.m. at Central Funeral Home in Manchester. Funeral services was held Friday, Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Central Funeral Home with Bro. Dennis Deweese officiating. Burial followed at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma.
