Democrats’ class-warfare is getting old
I have some things to say in rebuttal of Mike Stein’s letter this past week. He continues to
parrot the worn-out class-warfare LIES about how the “rich” oppress the poor. I’ve heard them
talk about how they’re “for the poor man!” for decades. If that were true, why do
Democrats oppose the following?
1. No tax on tips – which will benefit over four million on tip income.
2. No tax on Social Security – which will benefit 65 million people. Remember, Bill Clinton
pushed for taxing Social Security, and JOE BIDEN cast the deciding vote in the Senate.
3. No tax on overtime pay – which will benefit 10 million people. None of these people are
millionaires or billionaires. These are elderly people who are retired or younger people who are
working. All of them are in the lower to middle class bracket – which is precisely the reason why
Democrats hate these tax cuts. They hate the Middle Class!
Furthermore, if Democrats are “for the poor man”, why did they sit back and do nothing following the two hurricanes that devastated western North Carolina and Florida? These folks were told FEMA was “out of money”. This was a lie. The money was being used to house illegal aliens in posh hotels in NYC, etc., or being wasted in Ukraine. Hundreds of AMERICANS were left to freeze and starve to death. We won’t forget this during the mid-terms either. Anyone who votes Democrat after what we suffered through the past four years is either a fool or just plain evil.
