Jimmie Dale Tensfield of Oak Ridge, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025, at the age of 84 years, 2 months. She left this earth after a brief battle with Parkinson’s. Jimmie was born on June 23, 1941, in Jackson, Mississippi. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Jimmie is preceded in death by her parents, James and Wilda Webb; her husband Robert (Bob) Tensfield; and her bother Joe Webb. She is survived by her sister Fran Davies (Garth), sister-in-law Joan Webb (Jim); two sons, Thomas Marler (Valerie) and James Marler (Michele); two stepchildren, Robin Bell and Rusty Tensfield (Christy); and multiple grandchildren and step- grandchildren. Jimmie requested cremation and a simple celebration of life. We will be holding this celebration of life at Manchester Funeral Home on Nov. 15 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. All are welcome.
