VIAM appoints Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Engineering, Sales & Quality

ViAM announced effective April 1 the promotions, of Jeremy L. Anthony to Senior Vice President of Operations and Shane Walling to Senior Vice President of Engineering, Sales & Quality.

Anthony has been with ViAM Holding for 13 years, including 7 years at ViCAM. With a strong background in research and development, quality management, and operational leadership, Jeremy has been instrumental in expanding production capabilities, improving efficiencies, and driving innovation. His leadership and strategic vision have played a crucial role in ViAM’s ongoing success.

In the role as Senior Vice President of Operations, Anthony will oversee operational strategies, drive efficiency improvements, and ensure continued excellence in manufacturing and production across ViAM’s facilities.

Anthony’s deep expertise and commitment to operational excellence have been invaluable to ViAM. His leadership has transformed our Injection Mold Division into a world-class operation, and we are confident that his vision will continue to elevate ViAM in his new role as Senior Vice President of Operations.

 Shane Walling is a results-driven executive with a distinguished career in Product Engineering, Sales, and Operations.  He leads strategic initiatives that drive innovation, enhance product performance, and deliver exceptional customer value.  Walling’s new role will include Quality Assurance for North America as well as Product Engineering and Sales. 

With 21 years of automotive experience (18 years of which have been with ViAM), Walling has a proven track record of developing products on-time, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. 

Earlier in his career, Walling took a key operational leadership role as Plant Manager of the startup site facility in Aguascalientes, Mexico (ViAM Mexico) from 2012 to 2015.  During this time, he was responsible for launching and scaling the facility, overseeing production ramp-up, and implementing operational best practices.  His leadership ensured a successful plant startup, establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth and efficiency.

Walling holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Tennessee Tech University, providing him with a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and product innovation.
