On Wednesday night, the Westwood Lady Rockets picked up a two set win at home over Forrest.

Westwood dominated the first set, racing out to an early 10-4 lead before going on to win 25-13.

The second set looked to be another dominant performance by Westwood, who jumped out to a 12-3 lead before Forrest called a timeout.

After the timeout, Forrest began to chip away, making the score as close as 20-19, but Westwood held them off to win 25-20 and finish off the sweep.

Westwood was also victorious in the JV match, winning 2-1 with a 15-7 win in the third set.

The Westwood Lady Rockets are 6-3 on the season and will play host to Community on Monday, Sept. 9 with JV action starting at 4:30 p.m.
