“Chicago,” popularized by the 2002 film starring Renee Zellweger and Richard Gere, centers on two accused murderesses (Velma Kelly: Manchester’s Madelyn Hansen and Roxie Hart: Violet Hendrix) awaiting trial in 1920s Chicago and their defense by their tap dancing, all that jazz attorney Billy Flynn, played  by Mars Jones.
