On Thursday, the Coffee Middle Lady Raiders swept Tullahoma in a doubleheader while the Westwood Rockets won big over Community, 15-3.
CCMS Lady Raiders: 11, Tullahoma Wildcats: 1
In the first game of the double header, a dominant first inning fueled the Lady Raiders to victory.
The Wildcats would score their only run of the game in the top of the first to lead 1-0, then Coffee County erupted for 10 total runs in the bottom of first inning.
The Lady Raiders would score one more run in the bottom of the third inning and cruise to an 11-1 victory.
Bailey Hale would have three RBIs on two hits, Briley Jernigan had two RBIs on two hits, Paige Chilton had two RBIs and one hit, Phoenix Jones and Payton Thomas each had an RBI and a hit, Briley Apicella and Genna Sadler each had one RBI and McKenzie Shelton along with Allie Raines each had one hit for the Lady Raiders.
Apicella pitched three innings, allowed one run on three hits, struck out one batter and walked two on 36 pitches.

In the second game, the Lady Raiders were just as dominant.
Coffee County would score four runs in the top of the first inning, with two of those runs being scored by Annabelle Mullins and Briley Apicella on a Genna Sadler single.
The Wildcats would score in the bottom of the first to make it a 4-1 ballgame, but the Lady Raiders scored five more runs the rest of the way, including a Payton Thomas triple that drove in one run in the top of the third, and a grounder by Sadler that scored two runs in the top of the fourth inning as Coffee County went on to complete the sweep, 9-1.
Genna Sadler finished the game with four RBIs on two hits, Allie Raines and Payton Thomas each had an RBI and a hit, Maggie Bailey had an RBI, Paige Chilton had two hits and McKenzie Shelton, Bailey Hale and Briley Jernigan each had one hit.
Jernigan pitched four innings, allowed one run on three hits and struck out two batters on 52 pitches.
The Lady Raiders are now 6-2 on the season, having won five of their last six games and their next game will be on Friday, Apr. 5 against Siegel at 5:00 pm.
Westwood Rockets: 15, Community Vikings: 3
The Westwood Rockets put an end to their three game slide with a dominant win over Community.
The Vikings would score the first run of the game in the top of the first inning to lead 1-0, then the Rockets exploded for seven runs in the bottom of the first, including a Brock Christian grounder that caused the Vikings to commit two errors and allow three runs to give Westwood a commanding, 7-1 lead.
Westwood would outscore Community 5-2 in the third inning, then add another three runs to their score in the fourth to cruise to a 15-3 win.
Trey Sullivan would have two RBIs on two hits, Davion Dycus, Tucker Linzey and Jaythan Finchum each had an RBI and two hits, Brady and Brock Christian each had an RBI and a hit, Luke Christian had an RBI and CJ Chavis had one hit for the Rockets.
Chavis got credit for the win on the mound, pitching three innings, allowing three runs on four hits, striking out three batters and walking four on 61 pitches.
The Rockets are 6-6 on the year and will play host to Fayetteville City on Monday, Apr. 1 at 5:30 pm.
