Common John Brewing Company won eight medals at 2024 Tennessee Championship of Beers, including a prestigious 2nd Place Best of Show for The Darkness Callin’ – Black IPA.

“These awards are a testament to the hard work, creativity, and attention to detail of our brew team. From the start, our top priority was to craft exceptional beer. This achievement is just the beginning of many more to come,” said founder LeBron Haggard.

Common John’s award-winning beers include Gold Medals for The Darkness Callin’ – Black IPA, Deeper Purpose – American Porter, Heathen Child – Vienna Lager, TRI-21 – Hazy IPA, and Universal Sound – Imperial IPA.

A silver medal was given for Damage Control, an American Pale Ale, and bronze medals for Straight & Narrow – Golden Ale and Scared Money – California Common.

These accolades underscore the Common John team’s dedication and innovative approach to brewing, blending traditional techniques with bold flavors to create beers loved across Tennessee and beyond.
