Former MLB star Matt Holliday’s home complete with its own baseball field – has hit the market for $12 million.

The seven-time MLB All-Star and World Series champion has listed his 136-acre estate in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Holliday and his wife, Leslee, purchased the land in 2018 for $3 million before building a 7,500-square-foot home, completed in 2022.

The property features five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and a four-car garage.

Amenities include a full baseball field, indoor basketball court, pickleball court, and a $2 million, two-level resort-style pool.

Designed for both large-scale entertaining and everyday living, the estate offers high-end finishes, expansive living areas, and thoughtfully curated amenities.

The property blends luxury and functionality, creating a rare opportunity in the heart of Oklahoma.

Wyatt Poindexter, from The Agency, who is listing the property, said: “In today’s luxury market, global exposure is critical.

“Properties of this caliber require strategic marketing, international reach, and a strong media presence to connect with the right buyer.

“The Agency’s collaborative platform and world-class PR team allow us to position this estate on a truly global stage.”
