MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man died after a shooting in Whitehaven Saturday night, the Memphis Police Department (MPD) said.

Officers responded to the 1900 block of Raines Road around 9:50 p.m.

Police said officers found a man and took him to the hospital in critical condition, where he later died.

MPD said several people left the scene in a green SUV and a silver SUV.
