Leadership Greene offering youth programs

S

GREENEVILLE — Leadership Greene County brings together emerging and established leaders for an in-depth exploration of the people, organizations, and issues shaping our county. Participants gain valuable insight, build relationships, and strengthen their ability to lead within their workplaces and the community.

Each of these programs is designed to help participants grow as leaders while connecting more deeply with our community. Whether you are an adult looking to expand your leadership skills, a high school student interested in learning more about Greene County, or a young person eager to serve through volunteer opportunities, we encourage you to apply.

Youth Leadership provides high school Juniors and Seniors with hands-on experiences that develop leadership skills, civic awareness, and confidence while introducing them to local industries and community leaders. This is a competitive program.

GCP Youth Volunteers (formerly known as Youth Council) gives high schoolers meaningful opportunities to serve Greene County through organized volunteer projects, helping build a lifelong commitment to community engagement. This program is open to all rising 9th-12th graders.

Applications for all three programs are available online at:

We encourage you to share this opportunity with colleagues, students, and community members who may be interested. These programs continue to play an important role in developing the next generation of leaders and volunteers in Greene County.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Jessie Beth Miller at the Greene County Partnership by calling 423.638.4111 or emailing jb@greenecountypartnership.net. We look forward to another exciting year of leadership development and community involvement.
