1 injured, 2 detained after shooting in Hickory Hill, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – One person was injured and two people were detained after a Sunday morning shooting in Hickory Hill, the Memphis Police Department said.

Officers responded to the 3500 block of Kirby Parkway at 5 a.m.

Police said the victim was not found at the scene but later arrived at an area hospital. That person is in noncritical condition, according to police.

Police detained two people.
