Toney to seek re-election as Register of Deeds

Coffee County Register of Deeds, Donna Toney, has announced her intentions for re-election of the Register of Deeds Office for Coffee County. Her announcement follows as submitted:

I, Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your Register of Deeds since the year 2014.

Integrity, Task Orientation and Determination, has rewarded the Register of Deeds Office with many accomplishments.  We have implemented the most current methods of automation in recording your property records.  Our goals of preserving your county records have been enhanced with our State-of-the–art equipment to ensure the integrity and preservation of your documents.

The Coffee County Register of Deeds Office, understands and is dedicated to the Accuracy and Validity of property ownership.  Digital 

Documentation requires rescanning and preserving our oldest records, surveys and plats for preservation of years to come.  We are right on schedule to meet these expectations.

The staff at the Register of Deeds office, stand ready to answer your questions in time of your need and assist our Veterans with their DD214s’.

Toney, has achieved the University of TN, County Technical Assistance Service, “Certified Public Administrator” along with attending UT Naifeh Center, Effective Leadership Program in Knoxville.
