MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Police said Friday that they were still searching for three men involved in the beating and shooting out of a man outside a Frayser convenience store the night before.

According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), it all started with an argument between a man and three other people outside the store at Overton Crossing near Hawkins Mill.

Police said the suspects beat up the victim before one of them shot him. The man’s injuries were not considered life-threatening.

MPD said the suspects were three men who left in a silver Hyundai Elantra.
