DEER LODGE, Mont. – The Deer Lodge Police Department has expanded its fleet with new patrol vehicles. 

The city purchased two cars and a truck using funds set aside over several years, along with money from a Montana Department of Commerce tourism grant.

This acquisition aims to reduce maintenance costs for the department. 

The older vehicles will be kept in reserve and maintained for unexpected situations.
