Billy Wayne Keele, age 84, passed from this life Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at his residence.  Keele was born in Manchester, to his late parents Bart Keele and Lola Williams Keele. He worked as a farmer for most of his life and loved anything dealing with tractors, trucks or the outdoors. He also loved good food and music. Mr. Keele was a great man, was good as gold and was loved by his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Jerry Keele. Keele is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nancy Keele; son, Larry Keele (Renee); daughter, Amy White (Jimmy); grandchildren, Joseph Baumstein (Kristen) and Nikki Keele; great grandchildren, Savannah Keele and Bennett Baumstein. Visitation was held Thursday, Nov. 20,  from 5-8 p.m. at Central Funeral Home in Manchester. Funeral services were held Friday, Nov.  21, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Central Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Williams officiating. Burial followed at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma.
