Coffee County Sheriff Department has charged Phillip Lee Meadows (40) of Lakewood Park with first degree murder, aggravated assault and tampering with evidence in the shooting death of Thomas Anthony Randolph (37) of Beechgrove.  

 

According to CCSD, officers responded to the incident on Wednesday, July 24 at 222 Shiloh Rd Beechgrove.

 

Police allege that a confrontation led to shots being fired into the truck where Randolph was a passenger.

 

Meadows is in custody at Coffee County Jail with  no bond.
