CCMS girls’ basketball takes down White County

Coffee County Middle School girls’ basketball opened the week the right way Monday night.

Traveling to White County for a district game, the Lady Raiders returned home with a 31-26 victory in hand.

Brooklyn Carlton led the Coffee County offense with nine points. Kealey Branch followed with seven points, finishing just ahead of Daisy Kapise with six points. Brinley Frederick added five points. Abbey Williams drained three shots from the free throw line for three points. Gracie Bryan had a single basket from the stripe for one point.

Coffee County returns to action today, traveling to Stewarts Creek to take part in the Stewarts Creek Christmas Tournament. The event will be held from today through Saturday.
