Shirley Nadine Green, age 86, of Manchester, passed from this life Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025, at her residence. Mrs. Green was born in Hixson, Tenn. to her late parents Robert Bice and Leola Harding Bice. She worked for a coffee delivery service, was known as the “coffee lady”, and she was also a homemaker. In her free time, she enjoyed attending car shows and cruise-ins, and she loved sewing and quilting. She also enjoyed travelling to Colorado and married into an Air Force family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Norma Gravitte, James Bice, and Jack Bice. Mrs. Green is survived by her husband of 68 years, Clifton “Clif” Green; daughter, Cathy Green and Susan Wilson (Matt); grandson, Bryan Wilson; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Coffee County Humane Society.
