MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man attacked a woman who gave him a ride and stole her car after they got into a fight early Friday morning at an Oakhaven gas station, police said.

FOX13 obtained surveillance showing the moment it all happen.

The woman told investigators with the Memphis Police Department (MPD) that after she gave a man she knew to a Fastrack gas station on Shelby Drive near Tchulahoma Road, they got into a fight over money.

Police said the man punched her, pointed a gun at her and then jetted off in her car. The surveillance footage appears to show the woman being dragged before it drove away.

Police did not have suspect information.

Police described the woman’s car as a red 2019 SUV.
