Six hunters—including five from West Tennessee and one from Mississippi—have been convicted in a large turkey hunting violation case.
Officials say the group pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including illegal possession, tagging violations, and hunting without permission.
In total, the hunters were ordered to pay $16,000 in restitution, along with additional fines and court costs. Authorities also seized dozens of turkey parts, multiple guns, and a compound bow.
Several of the men have lost their hunting privileges for months or even years.
