A Facebook post about a seven year old case landed a man in jail April 13.

Monroe County Sheriff’s Det. Jason Crowder said law enforcement was made aware of a threat made by Thomas Henry Davis on Facebook against Judge Sandra Donaghy.

Crowder said the threat regarded a case against Davis’ nephew from a 2019 molestation conviction of the nephew.

Crowder said the post read, “The judge that sent my nephew away for life better count their days because they are numbered. That’s not a threat, that’s a promise.”

Davis, 60, was charged with retaliation for a past action.
