Tennessee Supreme Court rules for Tinsley Properties in quarry zoning dispute
T he Tennessee Supreme Court has unanimously ruled in favor of Tinsley Properties, LLC and Tinsley Sand & Gravel, LLC in Tinsley Properties, LLC et al. v. Grundy County, Tennessee, invalidating a county resolution that restricted the company’s quarry operations.

Among homeowners who participated in the NAR¨ report and committed to standard lawn care service, 58 percent indicated they had a greater desire to be at home since completing the project, while 46 percent indicated they have an increased sense of enjoyment when spending time at home.

City to offer town hall concerning Water and Sewer
